What I've learnt about ancient greece!
Athens was one the largest city in Greece and it was wealthy and powerful. It had fertile valleys which farmers grew there crops in and all around the city there was icy topped mountains.
The city got rich and powerful through its recources such as silver, lead and marble people came from all over the world to buy these valuebels. Lots of people live near the sea because they live of fishing or they work in the navy.
Only men were allowed in the council because they had citezan rights but women were not allowed because they didnt have citezan rights. Lots of people went to see court lots more than we have today, more than 100 members would go to see the penalty. Members would put disks in two jugs one for guilty and one for no guilty and wich ever one had more than 50% of disks the court would chooose. Goverment would choose the penalty all wich include a death sentance afer!!! The goverment used democracy to choose hoe the city was run, demokratia means democracy in ancient Greek.
Some slaves were very skilled and they could work there way out of been slaves . They were skilled usualy at these things nursing, pottery painting and gladiators and eventualy they could buy themselves free!
There is a temple in Greece called the parthenon it was built by a famous general called Perikles
who built it because of the citys fame and fortune. Once the Athenians even built a whole temple out of marble WOW!
The first ever Olympic games was in Athens it was in 776BC the Athenians thought of all the competitans in the Olympics, thats gotta be alot of thinking!
Well any way thats all I can think of right now If I think of any thing else I'll tell you in a comment well BYE!

Which games did I get the most out?
I think it was the equivalent fractions game, fraction monkeys and also match the fractions I'll put them in order of what I learnt the most.
1.Match the fractions
2.Fraction monkeys
and number 3.equivalent fractions
I put these games down because in match the fractions I learnt fractions of shapes and before I played it I wasn't very good but now I'm brill!
for number 2 I put fraction monkeys because I learnt a lot of fractions that I didn't know existed! But now I know every fraction YIPEEEEEE.
And last but not least number 4 I chose equivalent fractions because I learnt wich fractions are the same as each other such as 1/4 = 3/12 do ya know why I know thats right cos I checked it 13 times LOL!!!
And those are the games that I think what I got the most out of yours truley brad da man!

Hi. I'm writing a book review on James and The Giant Peach. This book is a really good book to read if you like fantasy and adventure. This book is about a boy called James who lives with his aunt Sponge and his aunt Spiker. He lives with them because his mum and dad got eaten by a rhino! I bet your thinking how can a rhino eat two adult humans; rhinos are vegertairen. But it was a special kind of rhino that comes when the skys are dark, windy and very very cold so thats why you hardly see them. Anyway lets get on his aunt sponge and Spiker force James to do all there really hard work. But one day a special man apears when James is working I think he was a wizard and gives James a bag of magic things. Like crocodile tounges, monkeys tails and snail slime and then magical things happen to James but I think I'll let you read the rest see you later!
Mr P says: A great review Brad. You have described the book really well- it made me want to read it all over again. A there, they're and their to your spellings and make sure you know when to use each one. Look out for them in your reading. I'll be back soon!
